this Saturday at class :)

my three little ones joined me at Music Class this weekend!  They were awesome helpers and very advanced in their tackling hugging abilities.  Theo and Ruby loved handing out the instruments and scarves and Phoenix provided rad percussion.  I'm so grateful to have these simple moments together.  It's another reason I am humbled by music and how it connects all of us and opens up those precious windows into gratitude and awareness.  Find those openings!  and see you at class!!

and OK, the boys DEFINITELY steal the show here!  haha!  Have you ever seen wrestling drummers??  they are so happy as they tease and rock out together.  I love my guys so much.  And Ruby just finished a good cry and wanted to cuddle during our "show."  This is a beautiful life.

Hello my sweet friends!

She was so easy to work with and made my little ones feel at ease to be their charismatic or...ahem, "wild animal," selves!

Lucy and I met as mama bears, cheering on our little ones, as they jumped into a sweet progressive preschool in Mt. Airy Philadelphia.  I also got to be her son's Music Teacher!  She's a warm and loving woman.  I was immediately inspired by her creative heart and her beautiful smile.  She has two awesome little boys named Theo and Chance.  We also immediately relate because ah...we both have boys!  ha!  She is a super cool being on the planet.  And I am grateful to know her.

It was such a beautiful morning together.  I really don't have words to describe the energy in the room but it was something divine, for sure.  Happy Thanksgiving to all of you.

 I was leading a Gobble Movement to the middle of the room.  We'd end up all squishy and cuddly together!  It's my fav part of that song!
